what to expect at appt

im currently 18w2d and my appointment is tomorrow but i was wondering if they would be able to tell gender this appointment or make me wait till im 22w ? 
last appointment was at 12w and they only heard heartbeat with doppler and weight me and asked questions (no ultrasound) last ultrasound i was about 8w. i dont know what to expect for tomorrow 😕

Your second scan is usually for the gender. Normally between 18-22 weeks is when they schedule that. 
MY appts were:
Us @ 7/16 = 10weeks
OB @ 7/23= 11 weeks 
OB @8/26= 15 weeks
US @9/25= 20 weeks(gender scan)
OB visit right after the gender scan

For me I had to have 2 separate appointments back to back. One appointment was for when they weigh you and listen to the heartbeat and talk about any concerns. After that we walked over to the ultrasound room and they told me the gender then ( it was a different appointment with an ultrasound tech). I’m almost 21 weeks and I just found out today. But it depends on how the place you go to does things. For me the ultrasound appointment was separate from the appointment with your ob

I found out my gender at 15 weeks and confirmed today at 20 weeks. I assume they will tell you gender if they’re doing an ultrasound. Also if it’s your anatomy scan it’s a retry lengthy scan. You should get some great pictures!
