Hi ladies! I have PCOS and my husband and I have been TTC for a couple of years now. My periods are irregular/absent so I take prometrium to jump start them. This last cycle I took femara cd 5-9 and today received a BFP! I am so excited but also so scared. This will be the 3rd time becoming pregnant. Sadly, the other 2 ended in miscarriage. I know that I have low progesterone overall and I am sure that has something to do with the previous miscarriages. Any tips on how to increase my progesterone/increase likelihood of a full term pregnancy??
