How heavy are your heaviest period??????

I go through a super plus tampon in about 4 hours.  Please comment below your cycle details. I just want to know if I am normal or something is wrong.

Yep, mine can be this heavy. Watch what you eat, walk a lot or workout prior (atleast a week prior), and no alcohol right before or during your period. I’ve always noticed, that these things help me! The more active and healthy you’re, the easier your period is, trust me!

Mine were super heavy while I had an IUD in (Paraguard) I'd have to change my super plus tampons on the hour or I leaked & It freaked me out to possibly have an accident at work or out so I would double up and put a pad in place while also wearing a tampon.. 😞🙄
Since removing the IUD I'm super light, maybe 1 regular tampon every hour if that, sometimes it's so light I'm better off just wearing a pad for the day.

I used to go through a super tampon and a pad per hour, and then I found out I had fibroids. Surgery helped.

Mine is SO heavy! I use Ultra from tampax. I only get mine for 3 days & it’s super heavy for the first day, and then starts to moderate the next 2 days & then I can use something smaller. Totally normal girl!

When mine is really bad ( most of the time it’s really bad)... I can go through 2 super plus tampons an hr sometimes
