Please help

1) I've had yellow mucus/residue when I wipe for a while and even and my husband noticed it last night after he whipped his penis after intercourse. He said it was yellow.

2) I've been spotting and not actually bleeding. Like my body is trying to menstruate. Im talking clumps of bloody brown mucus. Small ones, but I had a dime sized one just now!

3) I have a bad smell too. I have noticed it a few times during sex. Idk if my husband has, but I noticed it today while I was sitting outside. Before I thought maybe he or I farted, honestly.

I haven't had a period regularly even on my birth control. Like, I'll bleed out of no where but I won't when the pills say I should. I havent noticed pain of any kind. And I drink PLENTY of water. I also always pee after intercourse.
