First midwife appointment

I had my first midwife appointment this morning and after testing my urine, it showed that I had an infection...e Coli! It isn’t through anything I have eaten, so she said, but from not drinking enough. Has anyone else had this? I thought I was drinking loads. Guess not! I don’t have any symptoms like you would with a UTI, so maybe it was caught in time? Don’t have to take antibiotics at this point, just drink to flush it out. Bring on the cranberry juice!!
