I have no help. No support

My husband has decided to take a new position at work. Since we are new to the area and I'm a stay at home mom of a 2 year old I don't know anyone around here. Now I have to take her to all of my doctor appointments. I'm 16 weeks pregnant. I have taken her to two before and it was a disaster. She is two....terrible two. She is pretty bad at her doctor even. I don't know how I'm going to take her to get my sonogram at 19 weeks when it will last about 30 to 45 minutes. And to make it worse all the stress is making my ulcerative colitis act up. My doctor appointments were my only break. My only alone time. He barely helps me as it is but he at least watched her so I could go to my appointment. I just feel so alone
