Mirena help!?

Okay back in 2016, 6 weeks after the birth of my son I had the Mirena inserted. Couple weeks go by and I go have my U/S to be sure that it was placed correctly, and it was not. It had perforated my uterus and I had to have it surgically removed.

Flash forward to now.

I had the Mirena inserted 10 weeks after the birth of my daughter. Doctor had no problems with it. I didn't have an U/S this time. They know my history. I had it put in on 9/11/18. I am still having some cramps and spotting.

How long should I expect to cramp and spot. I called the doctors office and no one has returned my call yet. Sorry for the long post.
