What does it mean to have an anteverted uterus? Is this bad?

Retroverted uterus, means the uterus is tipped backwards so that it aims towards the rectum instead of forward towards the belly.

I have one and it's not a bad thing, per my OB. And yes, I was able to conceive with my daughter with no issues.
