I am taking brewers yeast pills and oatmeal with flax seed. Plus drinking lots of water. Baby won’t latch to breast but have been pumping and getting nothing except a drop or two. I’m trying but not much luck 😔

I haven’t personally but I know a couple people who did... I think they drank mothers milk tea and took supplements and got baby to breast as much as possible, and would pump too I think.
