Met a new guy , but I have had trust issues?

Backstory story I have ptsd from being assaulted by two men when I was 15

And I can’t for the life of me meet new men cuz I’m so paranoid that there up to something it’s to the point I stay in my toxic relationships with my exes cuz at least I know they won’t force me to do things ...

Anyway I met this real cute guy at a store and we started txting he’s super chill and I could totally seeing us go somewhere but I just don’t think I could meet up with him at all I’m thinking about just letting him go after a while cuz I just don’t think I could take the extra step in meeting him . I don’t know why it has to be this hard ?
