They should have caught that and informed you about it already. I believe they check this during your anatomy scan.

Do you think that’s what it is or could it just be her hand? & if it was cleft lip wouldn’t the doctor be able to identify it and would have told me right away when noticed? Now I’m stressing and worried and curious. Can I have your opinions ladies

This is something they would have looked for at your anatomy scan. 
I have friends whose daughter was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. They knew at 18 weeks and were referred for an amnio to rule out any other conditions. 
I don’t think it would be likely for them to have missed that

The biggest comfort I could tell you is to ask your dr as soon as you can.
