PCOS: are these symptoms normal

Janella

Ok I got diagnosed with PCOS about 15 years ago. After I had my last child who is now 21. For the most part my periods are like clock work. There are times when I've missed a few months. But never have any symptoms or ill effects when they dont come on. I just turned 45 a week or two ago. I just recently moved in with my boyfriend. Still period was normal every month a 24-25 day cycle periods lasting for the normal for me ten days lots of bleeding and cramps that will drive you to your knees. About a week ago I started to feel really nauseated with occasional vomiting, tender breast. This week my back is killing me it hurts like down into my pelvic area. With cramps like my period is about to start. I really dont think I'm pregnant because I've been having unprotected sex with the same man for years. After I was diagnosed with PCOS I was told that the only way I could ever get pregnant again was through fertility options. So are these just more signs of PCOS or could I be going through menopause since I am 45. Please help losing my mind and yes period is a little late by like 3 days
