I have all over the place periods after having my 2nd son in 2017. I started taking Vitex on August 24th. I took 3 pills a day to boost ovulation and help my periods regulate.

Me and hubby had sex every other day from the day my period stopped on August 26th to a couple days before I was supposed to have my next period. I personally never take ovulation tests I just have sex frequently throughout.

So on Monday morning I took a test guessing that I was around 11DPO and it came back positive!

So I’d thought I would share my experience and maybe help a fellow mama out!
