TMI but need answers 😫

So I have gotten three positive faint lines tests and I went to the doctor and they said it was negative. I still think I’m pregnant but not sure I went to feel my cervix because some people say it changes and I could barely get in there I feel like the inside of me is just swollen and I don’t know if this is normal. Help please !
