Help please

Hey everyone!! I need some advice. I’m not supposed to start my period until October 2nd according to this app. I started getting positive pregnancy tests two nights ago. This morning I took this one which is super darker

I had my 2nd miscarriage in June with that being my 3rd loss (in between I had an ectopic resulting in the loss of my tube). My last pregnancy in June I started getting positives at 10 dpo and called the doctor right away so I could get some blood work because of my history. My first hcg was less than 5 but I 100% had a line and it wasn’t faint either. 2 days later I went back and it was 15, then I started bleeding a couple days after that and ended up with a chemical. I’m terrified to call my doctor and end up having an hcg less than 5 again. What do you think I should do?
