How to stock?

Hello mommies,
I would like to start stocking up some breastmilk. I would like to nurse for each feeding and pump on the side to start a stock - what’s the best strategy ? How many pumping sessions per day ? How long each pump ? How much time after nursing can I pump ? Thank you

I usually pump first thing. I feed her from one side and pump the other. Usually get 5-6 oz

I pump the opposite side from what my LO feed from for the first two feedings of the day and I have over 400 ounces in the freezer.

I pump once a day in the morning before my LO wakes for the day beginning at four weeks. My goal was 40 ounces frozen. I have about 150 and have no space left in my freezer.

I like to do it first thing in the morning. Usually I’ll feed her and wait 30 min and pump. I get 4 oz a day that way. If I get up an hour before she does I can pump between 6-8 oz
