TWW and moving....

I just got my positive OPK today I’m moving on the 1st-5th of October does anyone know if it’s okay for me to lift heavy boxes so I can move that stuff before we get the moving truck?.... just don’t want to Ruin anything ttc baby #4 it will be my 5th pregnancy if I even have luck this month
