Kids are more resilient than adults, and they are still building an immune system. I’m not anti vaccine, but the flu shot is geared more towards the elderly and people with poor immune systems. Also, the flu shot last year was only 30% effective. Just keep on them to wash or sanitize their hands as much as they can, and vitamin C.

As my mother it's my job to try and protect my daughter to the best of my ability. So yes

So for all my life I was against the flu shot. But last year it really open my eyes. My husband myself and my 3 year old daughter got the flu all at once. To see my daughter sick I was so upset bc I couldn't take the pain away. So yes we both got the flu shot for this year. My husband will also get one too.
