What do you do to get rid of a flu?

I am sick with the flu and my nose is stuffed, I’ve tried drinking soup and drinking hot tea. I’m not sure why I get sick so often 😔

Do you really have the flu ? You tested positive at the dr? 
Lots of fluids and rest are key

Probably not the flu... Flue bed riddens you.. Take some pain relief and some honey and lemon. Eat little and often and rest. Hope you feel better soon

Have you gone to the Dr? Try steaming your face like sit in a hot shower and let the steam help with the mucus.

I make sure to get lots of rest and drink plenty of water. You don’t want to get dehydrated

Have you been to a doctor to confirm that it is in fact influenza? If not, do that and besides that, rest. Even if it isn’t the flu, you still need rest and fluids when you’re sick with anything.
