I get mad and stay mad while but eventually I get over it. Today at work I had a lot of paperwork to do and a lot of people started showing up to my office in between me updating my paperwork. Thus that’s just natural. However what really grind my gears this one person who continues to pop up at the last minute when I’m about to close up shop. He’s knows damn well when we close yet he is always being a dick. Anyway instead of handing over his payment he decides that he’s going throw his paperwork and check on the counter to where it slides off and barely hits my desk. It’s beyond disrespectful so to express how it’s disrespectful I did the same thing to him when handing him his receipt. He then says “are you mad, did I do something after mentioning your hair, you seem to have an attitude when I got here.”

I said nope I handed your items the way you handed them to me. He says oh ok I’ll be sure to hand them to you next time.DUDE YOU ARE ALWAYS DOING THIS SO IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. THE WAY YOU FELT IS THE WAY THE OTHER PERSON FEELS WHEN THEY’RE DOING THEIR JOB TO HELP YOU. If people just realize how hard it is to smile when your desk is swamped with papers, and you’re breaking your back to get the job done while helping their ungrateful ass; maybe they’ll be bit more respectful. Being respectful and having a smile can make a person’s day go so far.
