Help me read plzzzz!!!!!

Ok so i have been TTC for 3months. I have not had a period for 67 days but had a few neg hcg tests. I started to try to get more serious, so i started Ovulation strips. The first 4 days i have gotten strong positives! Am I reading it right, what could be happening?
