Nerve/hip pain
Hellppp it’s so bad when I’m laying in bed I get the worst hip pain but when walking around cleaning the house or whatever I get really bad nerve or siatica pain in my butt and lower back and nothing I do helps every time I stand up or walk or bed over omg it’s so painful and it swaps sides some days, how can I ease the pain a bit other than lying down ??
