What can I take to help?

I feel like I got to poop so bad but I just can't, like diarrhea cramps but I just pass a little gas and have all this pressure, which I'm scared I'll get hemmroids if I don't get relief soon, lol I'm 35 weeks and it's been like this for days, so I'm just wondering what you ladies would recommend for relief? 🤗 thanks

thanks ladies, I did so,e coffee this morning, but I'm definitely hitting up the store later on for some milk of mag. And prunes lol 🤗

I've had that same issue and I let it get bad. Milk of mag works for quicker (but sometimes crampy relief). I eat 4-5 prunes a day and it truly helps keep me more regular. Sometimes I take a stool softener too if I go a couple days without a movement. All of this was dr approved for me.

Drink some prune juice! It has really helped me

My doctor told me to take milk of magnesia to get it moving and then take a little miralax every day to keep it regular. When I took my birthing class, the nurse told me to start taking stool softener in the last month, so that’s what I’ve been doing.
