Sleep insomnia, don’t judge me.
I can’t get more than 2 decent hours of sleep a night. I’m 19 weeks 2 days and literally can’t function anymore. I don’t drink coffee or take medicine unless necessary. But I’m a waitress and work 50 hours a week, this week it’s affecting my mental state, I’m all over the place. Has anyone taken any nighttime medicines that their doctor recommended? I don’t want to use something everynight but last night I got 0 hours and am about to go in for a 12 hour shift. I need something to help me. I don’t want to look like I’m bad a mom for wanting to take something to help me sleep. But this mom is exhausted and I know sleep is crucial for both me and the baby. Any help is recommended, please don’t judge me.
