Is there anyone here trying to conceive with IC? I find that sometimes after my fertile window I get really bad IC the following week/two weeks. My doc says my IC is caused by a spasm in my urethra (effing painful), and so I think that having lots of sex can possibly contribute to a flare-up after my fertile window. Has anyone experienced something remotely similar? Any advice? I am so scared of a flare-up every time that it ruins the sex for me most times. I’m always super anxious in fertile week. 😐
