Acid reflux/heartburn ❤️🔥
My acid reflux and heartburn has started much earlier this time around and it’s kicking my butt. I have both all day no matter what I eat. I can’t get Tums until later today and I don’t want to be popping them like crazy anyway. Anyone know of any remedies or anything that can help? I don’t really really like milk well enough to drink it straight but if that truly does help I guess I can give it a go lol. Just need opinions!
