Dr brown bottles and changing nipples..

So my daughter turned 9 months 2 weeks ago and started not finishing bottles as she is getting tired sucking so I figured I would get her the size 4 nipples but o was thinking are they worth spending the money on or should I just start doing the sippy cups?
