7dpo left side cramping
So my left lower side is cramping and I thought it was from the coffee but when I move and lay down I still feel it and it’s a bit more intense😩😩 my symptom spotting is crazy this cycle because I stopped thinking about it for months 😢🙄🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
