No heartbeat yet?!
Anyone ever experience going to the first ultrasound appt and not seeing a heartbeat yet? I’m measuring 5w6d-6wk exactly. No heartbeat today. We conceived via IUI, they think maybe it is because of the actual implantation date. I’m trying to keep positive thoughts but I’m disappointed.
