Help!! Progesterone levels!!! Help!

So I have had spotting/ bleeding in between periods, for the first months I ignored it because I was thinking it was ovulating spotting, but once I decided to go see a doctor they ran all sorts of test, including a hormone test and it turns out my progesterone levels are soooo low, so unless I get those levels up I will never be able to carry a baby 😰😰 has anyone been thru this?? Any suggestions? I have my follow up appointment 10/24/18 where we will talk about my options.
