Letrozole/Trigger shot success stories?!

Question

My husband and I just started our first medicated round and would love to hear success stories! 
On day 4 of Letrozole. (Tomorrow is my last day). Going in on Monday for an ultrasound to see if my follicles have matured. Hoping to get the go ahead for the trigger shot! 
Really hoping this works, can’t wait to start our family!!!!

First round Letrozole, 2.5mg with no shots, and I got pregnant! Now 8wks

We were on letrozole and triggers for months without success. Finally gave up because it was too much emotionally, and I found out I was pregnant the month after quitting. Haha. I'm 32 wks now.

Double the success on round 2 Femara on 5mg and trigger shot. Baby dust!!!!

I just got my BFP. I’m very nervous because I have PCOS and I think miscarriage rates are higher. But it took 2 rounds of Femara and 2 trigger shots.
