Is there a way to filter out posts that contain key words?

I don’t want to see posts about disease and sickness. Not because I want to be ignorant of them but I just  don’t want to see the word “disease” in my feeds! I’m fundamentally opposed to it for reasons most people would not understand. Just saying it would be nice to filter out!!

Totally get it, and I wish this app had a screen-out function for keywords too. When I was pregnant I just didn’t want to scroll through so many posts about miscarriage, mmc, stillbirth, etc. bc it just gave me unnecessary, unproductive stress. And people are always posting in inappropriate groups so it’s hard to avoid!
