TMI sex after c section

I’m 4 weeks pp and had sex twice -two days ago and today- without being cleared by the doctor yet (got caught up in the mood- ya know how it goes ladies or we all wouldn’t be here). No condoms were used, just pulled out. I’ve had no pain and at 4 week checkup the doctor said I’m good to exercise and go back to my more “regular” lifestyle. She also put me on birth control. However she never cleared me for sex, since she’ll check that in a couple of weeks. Has anyone had sex to early after c section? I’m scared of infection now 😟 the other day it didn’t hurt at all. Today it didn’t hurt during sex, but now a few hours later, under my incision is hurting. Especially when I bend. How early did y’all have sex pp? Was there any trouble with it as far as pain afterwards? What do I look for if I have a risk of infection?
