My husband and i got married in June and prior to marriage we dated for 7 years and had a baby together. I love him to death but OMG he sucks with money. We recently bought a home together and pay more for a mortgage then we ever did for rent so i know it is an adjustment but he thinks he can just keep taking loans out to pay off his debt. HE claims this time it’s just until his car payment is over and then he will be stable but his car is about to hit the shitter and will need a new car soon and then will have a car payment again.

Please send over any advice! I have mentioned taking over paying all bills and combining an account but he doesn’t want to do that cause he thinks it will confuse us more.
