Anyone experience implantation pinching pain and got a BFP?

I have had 3 days of what I believe is implantation pinching pain like on the right side but more toward the middle if that makes sense. It's not like ovulation cramps/pain that I have it's different. The first 2 days the pain was intense it happened when I would sit or stand out the blue and last like 5 to 10 seconds. The 3rd day it wasn't as painful but I knew it was there it was faint. I never experienced that for that long, I hope it's good sign not bad. Has anyone else experienced this and got a BFP?
