I'm going through the protocol for a frozen embryo transfer and have been on birth control pills for the last month. I was told to take a break for three days before starting progynova. As a result of the break between medication, I've now come on my period. Apparently this is normal but I don't know how my lining will be thick enough when I go for my scan in 10 days if I'm bleeding now. Also the sight of my period always makes me anxious especially whilst I've been going through the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> process. Is this normal? Anybody else who had a FET go through the same thing?
