Abdominal Pain day after IUI??Normal??

Question

I had my IUI yesterday at 7:30am no pain or cramping during or after for the whole day. I woke up middle of the night and also this morning with an ongoing feeling of fullness and “air” in my lower abdomen. It’s not gas pain and it quite cramping. Is this normal? What is this? I have had 5 previous IUI and haven’t had this yet.

I had my 4th IUI on Friday and I had the same kind of pain in my right side where I had 3 mature follicles! I’ve had an ectopic pregnancy before and the pain was similar to that so I definitely know it was something happening in my ovaries/tubes 🙈 2 days later I’m still having random twinges but not as bad as the first day. Here’s to hoping something good is brewing for us all!

I had my IUI Thursday, it wasn’t painful for me but the minutes of laying there was horrible, I cramped so bad and vomit after I got up. This is my first IUI. I only have one Fallopian tube and I had 4 matured follicles on the right side. Im praying that I get a sign as the days pass. Baby dust your way
