How do I explain gaslighting to my boyfriend? I try to but I get all mixed up with what he says and I wind up sounding insane. I try to explain what he does hurts me but he says that's a "stupid new age term that doesn't exist." Then I get labelled the emotional bad guy.. help??

Turns out he's cheating on me... and I'm still the bad guy..funny how that works.

Now I'm broken and it's all my fault.
