I recently got a preventative cerclage and as they were placing it my doctor said my cervix was indeed opening and at a 1. My question is I am a CNA/PAL and I don’t really have restrictions on lifting but I recently switched to assisted living instead of just regular nursing home w long term care which is more demanding and I love to walk for exercise is there a certain limit when it comes to this? Like (walking etc) this is my second cerclage went full term w my last but I wasn’t working for that pregnancy..
