High fsh and failed iui

I’m so down I feel shattered,, I just had I failed <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> from last cycle and my fsh level is 15 so high this cycle so no injectables this month

I’m beyond disappointed and overwhelmed

I don’t know what to do to keep fsh normal 😞
