Cramping one week before period

I've read about implantation cramping, but I'm not sure now if I usually cramp this early before a period anyway! 'tut'

First month TTC so will get used to my cycle a lot more I guess!

How long does implantation cramping go on for?

Also is it too early to test, if I get a negative I will still be thinking it's a possible won't I? Going to see if I can hold off for the week without doing one!
