I don’t know what to do

I’m in my junior year of college as a cell and molecular biology major. For a long time, I thought I wanted to go to med school but the further in I get, the less I think that it’s for me. I wasn’t terribly worried about it in my first two years because they were paid for by my state but now I’m having to pay for college on my own and I don’t want to go into debt for something I don’t want to do. I really just need some insight right now
