How unhealthy is ranch dressing?

I have the regular hidden valley ranch dressing. I want to have cucumbers and celery with ranch dressing. Does it make it very unhealthy? Or moderately unhealthy? Or not that bad? Lol. I can read the bottle but I don’t really understand it.

As long as you are eating it in moderation, the snacks you listed are actually pretty healthy even with a bit of ranch!

I suggest getting the ranch mix packets that you mix into sour cream instead of a bottle of ranch. It's healthier that way. It calls for 16oz of sour cream and you can do 8oz sour cream and 8oz plain Greek yogurt. It's so good, very creamy and tastes way better than a bottle of ranch.
