Making friends

I’m honestly not sure where to post this. But I’m struggling. I used to have a bunch of close friends. I met my fiancé and when we got engaged we decided it was best to move in together. I was renting a house in Indiana and he owned a house in Kentucky. So logically I moved into his home in Kentucky. I still attend nursing school in Indiana which sucks because I drive an hour and 15 minutes one way each day for class and clinical as well as my job being in Indiana. Throughout this move my friends have abandoned me. I am making time for them and coming to their houses even though it’s an hour drive for me luckily I’m already there 80% of the time and seeing them after a long day. None of them are in school let alone nursing school and half of them don’t even work. So now I’m finding myself alone. My friends won’t travel the hour to see me. I’ve tried to make plans and have them come to me multiple times and each friend comes up with an excuse as to why they can’t every single time. At this point, I want to make new friends in my new state but idk how. I have school 8-6 Monday and Tuesday, I’m at the hospital for clinical 6-6 Wednesday and Thursday, I either have clinical on Friday or I work a 12 on my Fridays off. I then study on the weekends. My fiancé works 7 days a week so we don’t really get to see each other wither. Any suggestions on how to find and make new friends in a new place especially with a busy schedule? I’m feeling alone and it’s slowly eating a way at me. I need people to connect with that are close to my home.
