Clogged ducts
So I ebf and am continuously getting horribly painful clogged milk ducts. I have tried everything recommended to help it. Feeding often starting on the side you stopped on etc even pumping if he sleeps through time to eat at night and I still get them. I need some recommendations on how to help this. It is so painful
