i NEED pcos pregnancy success stories!!!!

I have PCOS and my husband and I have been TTC for a little over two years. Tonight, my husband's twin and his wife tell us over dinner that they're pregnant (and weren't even really trying!) <-- which is funny to her.

Once we were in the car, I just lost it. I'm happy for them, but it was so difficult to hear how easy it was for them when it's so hard for us. I don't see a light at the end of this tunnel a feel like we should just give up because it's better than being disappointed every.single.month.

Can anyone give me some PCOS hope? I see all these success stories from healthy women on Glow and they don't really do anything but depresses me. I need some encouragement from my fellow cysters. What worked for you? How long did it take? Did you take any meds? Keto has helped get my period regular but that's about it. Please share your secrets!!
