Positive!! :D

So today I got my positive test 14dpo and I couldn’t be happier! Just thought I’d mention my symptoms for anyone trying, since about 7 dpo I have had mild cramps, been waking up absolutely starving, starving after having a full meal, vivid dreams every single night and also I’ve been sneezing a lot? 😂 also my spots cleared up then came back full force the day I was due! I haven’t had any sore boobs or any sickness (yet)! When do I need to go to the Dr?
