I have sinus issues & drainage what should I use?

Boil up a pot of garlic, chilli, ginger, lemon, honey and salt. Actually tastes pretty damn good and is great for clearing the nose and throat. Fixes my sinus issues and is my go to for colds too. Not sure how much of each I put in but taste as you go. You need to be able to drink it and you can’t really have too little or too much (except maybe salt).

Steam ! A hot shower or boil water(or almost to boiling point) and place your head over it and put a towel over your head and the bowl the water is in. You can add a drop or two of essential oil to help too !

Any hot liquid will help, even a hot toddy but obviously lemon tea is better for hydration. I prefer an astringent drink when I have sinus issues. Hot lemon water, acv, earl grey tea, or spiced chai tea are my go to's.

A netti pot is great for clearing your sinuses. Also you could try diffusing some essential oils that are good for respiratory health.
