Late period/spotting

Hello

I am 25 days late. I have been spotting for 3 days now. Not a lot just when I wipe and after rough sex. I have took home pregnancy test about 15 days late. Which they came back negative. I don't know what to do. Should I take more home test or should I make a Dr. Appointment.
