HELP PLEASE

I've always had history of bad uti but hadn't had one in atleast 4 months which was a dream till about two day ago it was little and I thought I could treat by drinking lots of water

And i woke this morning with a full blown uti

I thought I could be pregnant from other symptoms

And this coming back up

I left work early because I was in to much pain

And I ran home to get the shower so it could help with the burning pain

And a blood and tissue clot? came out idk if it was from the uti or my vagina 😰

I just know I'm in severe pain
